LDHR Professional Development Cohorts

Hello LDHR people!

We are beginning something new, and we would love for you to join other members. LDHR Professional Development Cohorts are a way for you to learn and have fun interacting with other LDHR staff worldwide.

The first cohort begins on May 7, 2024. Then, over the course of four weeks, you will meet in your cohort for one hour each week. You will learn with one another, discussing readings from HR from the Heart by Libby Sartain and other relevant LDHR material for your growth and development. Cohorts are open to all LDHR staff globally who desire to grow and learn.

We will look at topics like:

• Passion and heart of LDHR
• Bringing value to the movement
• Building trust and having a seat at the table
• How LDHR helps shape the culture
• Developing confidence as an LDHR leader
• Being a continual learner
