Whether you’re a large Stage 3 country with multiple ministries or a small Stage 1 country with a handful of staff, you will, at some point, need each of The Big 7 staff processes. It might not be complex and all-encompassing, but having some staff policy, knowing how to recruit and bring someone onto staff, and having the tools to deal with the more occasional issues of under-performance, staff grievances, and progressive discipline is essential for any ministry, whether there are LDHR staff or not.
